Chat Support Specialist

Essendant is currently seeking a passionate and reliable Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience.

As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing online chat support to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have. You will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
