Responsibilities:- Provide online customer support through chat platforms- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner- Assist customers with product information, orders, and troubleshooting- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Utilize resources effectively to provide accurate and efficient support
