Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and resourceful Chat Support Associate to join our team at Altria Group. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities:- Provide chat support to customers, answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner- Utilize analytical skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience and build long-lasting relationships- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Requirements:- Strong communication skills- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions- Previous experience in customer service preferred- Proficient in using chat support platforms and other communication tools- High school diploma or equivalent required- Passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service- Resourceful problem solver- Ability to work independently and efficiently from a remote location
