Chat Support Associate - Work From Home

Job Description:

Dean Foods is seeking a Chat Support Associate to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This is a full-time, work-from-home position at the Associate level, requiring at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and issues via chat support in a timely and professional manner- Provide accurate information and solutions to customers regarding products, services, and policies- Assist customers with troubleshooting technical problems with products or services- Document all interactions with customers accurately in the company's system- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and exceed performance targets

Requirements:- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting- Driven and motivated to meet and exceed performance metrics- Creativity and problem-solving skills to effectively address customer issues- Research skills to find solutions to complex customer inquiries- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace- Proficiency with chat support software and CRM systems- Experience working in a remote customer service role is a plus
