Chat Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

WellCare Health Plans is seeking a talented Chat Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work position based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. The Chat Support Assistant will work at the Associate Level and should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through chat communication
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:
- Reliable and resilient personality traits
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role
- Proficiency in using chat support platforms
- High school diploma or equivalent
