Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

Crown Resorts is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat platforms. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently through chat platforms- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, and policies- Resolve customer complaints and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with customers- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions- Identify and report any trends or recurring issues to management

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Strong written communication skills- Driven and passionate about providing exceptional customer service- Critical thinking skills and the ability to problem-solve quickly- Excellent time management and organizational skills- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Proficiency in using chat support platforms and other online tools- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
