Are you a strong generalist looking for a 12 month contract role? Hybrid work model - development potential Leading healthcare organisation Northern suburbs location This healthcare organisation, based in the north of Melbourne, is seeking a Communications & Marketing Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis. This role will work across projects including campaigns as well as providing general support to the communications team during this busy period across a variety of activities. Main responsibilities will include: Write, edit and co-ordinate the development, production and distribution of the organisation's sales and marketing collateral. Develop corporate communications - newsletters and blogs. Manage the intranet, content uploads and improvements. Producing/managing accessible versions of documents. Monitor the consistency of branding and corporate style in all publications, public documents and online. Manage campaigns around upcoming events. Coordinate events for the organisation end to end. Engage with stakeholders regarding queries or requests they have. Develop EDMs and marketing collateral. The successful candidate will: Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in marketing or communications. Strong written and oral communication skills. Event coordination experience. High level of organisation skills and ability to prioritise. Current National & International Police Record Check/open to apply for updated check.
