Key Responsibilities: Administer and manage the fortnightly and weekly payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Handle payroll adjustments, terminations, leave reconciliations, and one-off payments for a number of their key clients across Australia. Assist with process documentation, identify potential improvements, and ensure a strong focus on audit and governance. Interpret awards, validate calculations, identify discrepancies, and take corrective actions. Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive and practical approach, maintaining high standards of communication and service. Skills & Experience: Proven experience handling payroll end to end ideally supporting different clients. Extensive experience with payroll systems. Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, including taxation, superannuation, terms, and leave. Proficiency in time and attendance systems, award/enterprise agreement interpretation, and payroll system integration. Strong analytical skills, organizational skills and ability to multitask.
