About the Role As our Charter Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our charter business, driving sales growth and delivering exceptional service.
Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, you'll ensure seamless operations while exploring fresh market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities Develop and expand charter business in the region, driving sales and fostering growth.
Identify new market opportunities and refine existing business strategies in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
Conduct market research to stay ahead of competitors and maintain a competitive edge.
Work closely with Operations Controllers to ensure effective charter allocations.
Coordinate with workshop and cleaning teams to meet large charter requirements.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, schools, employees, and the broader community to deliver services that exceed expectations.
Prepare accurate and timely ad-hoc reports for the Sales Manager as needed.
About You To succeed in this role, you'll bring: A tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or significant experience in sales and marketing.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
A self-motivated, positive, and adaptable approach to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
