As a Chapter lead within the Greenhouse Collective, you will lead and inspire your Chapter, ensuring they continue to develop and hone their craft while continuously improving how you collectively deliver.
Aside from leading a creative, passionate team, the role also includes the responsibility of working as a Senior Digital Designer within a squad, keeping the pulse on day-to-day creative campaign execution.

What you'll do Participate fully within the Digital Media Creative Team, contributing to creating a respected and valued service to deliver highly customer-focused outcomes, and demonstrate a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
Work in consultation and collaboration with marketing servicing teams and copywriters to ensure creative solutions developed are of the highest quality.
Daily management of team members developing capabilities within the business Work closely with Senior Creative Capability Manager to lead strategic capability projects within Chapter to deliver continuous improvement across the team Assign chapter initiative tasks and check the status of deadlines, outstanding tasks and backlog with the use of a project management tool Build strong, sustainable relationships with Squad leads by providing targeted support, tracking outcomes, providing guidance, and acting as the key contact for daily delivery challenges.
What you'll bring 5+ years Digital agency/in-house studio experience working in a senior designer/creative lead role, experienced in leading a team of creatives Strong portfolio of digital projects highlighting conceptual design skills that highlight user centricity, critical thinking, problem solving, creative and intuitive visuals Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple, contending priorities simultaneously within a fast-paced environment Efficient in creative platforms (Adobe CC) and Motion Design (AE) skills required Possess great organisational competencies and be able to run the creative process from start to finish Experience working in Agile environment would be highly desirable What you'll experience Aglobal business with endless career possibilities around every corner and across every discipline – with valuable exposure to a vast and exciting business network Strong mentorship and development; opportunity to collaborate with some of the brightest and best minds in Australia A progressive and flexible WFH policy that gives you more control over your work, life and wellbeing Access to Sonder.
