BB Customer, Risk & Automation is the analytical function that supports Customer Risk, Customer Remediation and Customer Lifecycle Management activities.

Your primary focus will be to partner with Product, Technology and BB Remediation to ensure that all remediation activities are executed effectively and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
In this role you will Lead, mentor and develop a team of analysts to achieve high performance and professional growthWork collaboratively in cross-functional Scrum teams with Product, Analytics and BB Remediation colleagues, leveraging the Group's data assets to provide insights and analytics to support remediation activitiesDeliver to deadlines by managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environmentMonitor and report on the progress of remediation activities, providing regular updates to senior managementEnsure all remediation activities comply with internal policies, procedures and regulatory requirementsTranslate complex business requirements and objectives into technical briefings to implement effective remediation strategies and solutionsDevelop and implement best practices and process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the remediation functionWe're interested in hearing from people who have Demonstrated experience in Data Analytics or similar experience (e.g.
actuary, pricing, or credit risk)Proficient in SQL / R / Python / GitHub, Excel and PowerPointKnowledge and experience in Banking (customers, products, systems, processes) is preferredExperience with Agile tools and methodologies is preferredExtensive experience in using data driven analytics to develop dashboards, insights and recommendationsAbility to understand complex problems and take a structured approach using data-driven insights to solveIf this sounds like you then apply today!
