Their role is to contribute to the spiritual and emotional wellbeing of the school community.They listen, support and encourage students. They show and share their faith.They build relationships with students (and staff). They are a trusted adult in the playground and in the classroom.They provide a listening ear and a caring presence for kids and those who just need a friend or want to share what's happening in their lives. They also provide support for staff and parents in school communities.They may work with one student, pairs or small groups.They provide activities to foster friendships and community.There is a clear link with our Counsellor in managing the needs of our students.Skills and experience Essential Requirements
