We are seeking a passionate and self-driven Channel Marketing Specialist to join our marketing department. In line with the company Brand, Marketing Strategy and the overarching goals set by the Marketing Manager, you create professional content, brand collateral and marketing assets to develop the HiB brand and support the marketing and communications team in delivering exciting campaigns. How will you make a difference... Responsible for day-to-day delivery of marketing activities to the retail, installer and designer/architect channels, including marketing campaigns, events, exhibitions, development of marketing collateral and partner marketing programme. Develop a channel marketing calendar of activity and track the campaigns and channel activities. Gather marketing insights on markets, customers/potential customers and competitors to support the sales strategy of each channel. Work across the business to understand the needs of each channel and ensure that the right message is delivered to the right audience at the right time. Evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness and update senior leadership on the progress of channel activities and report on the results of campaigns. Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as sales leadership to drive KPIs across all channels. Be the 'voice of the channel' and the key marketing point of contact for customer marketing plans. What you will need to be able to make a difference… Proven channel marketing experience Experience working with a variety of channels, understanding customer profiles and delivering channel marketing activity accordingly Previous experience of loyalty marketing programmes Ability to create engaging and impactful campaigns Data-driven and focused on achieving results Strong communication and collaboration skills Thrives in an independent and proactive work environment Once you apply for this role, your details will be saved on our internal system.
