Key Responsibilities: Amazon Channel Management: Lead the development and execution of our Amazon channel strategy to drive product visibility, sales, and profitability.Grow our global relationship with Amazon account managers.Manage the day-to-day operations of our Amazon account, including listings, advertising campaigns, inventory management, and performance analytics.Optimize product listings with effective SEO, A+ content, and enhanced brand content to improve discoverability and conversion rates.Build and implement promotional strategies, including Lightning Deals, Coupons, and Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and DSP).Analyze and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies based on data insights, competitive analysis, and industry trends.Collaborate with Amazon Vendor or Seller Support to resolve issues and ensure compliance with Amazon's policies and best practices.Channel Management Beyond Amazon: Develop and manage relationships with other e-commerce channels, retail partners, and distributors to maximize reach and revenue.Implement co-marketing initiatives with key partners to increase product visibility and drive sales.Oversee the partner onboarding process, ensuring all partners are fully equipped with the necessary tools, product knowledge, and marketing materials.Monitor channel performance, providing reports and insights to guide decisions and improve channel efficiency.Product Marketing: Work alongside product development and the wider marketing team to fully understand and define product features and unique selling points, creating clear and compelling marketing messages.Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring optimal placement on Amazon and other sales channels.Working with the wider marketing and graphic design department, create and manage product marketing assets, including product descriptions, images, and videos for use across all channels.Conduct competitive analysis to understand market positioning and pricing strategies, making recommendations for optimisation.Work in the PIM, Amazon Vendor Portal and Excel to optimise product information for product listings.Perform keyword research and write product marketing collateral, titles and USPs to optimise both digital shelf velocity and SEO.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.3+ years of experience managing Amazon Vendor or Seller Central accounts and related e-commerce platforms.In-depth knowledge of Amazon's algorithms, advertising platforms, and best practices for maximizing sales and visibility.Proven track record of driving growth and profitability on Amazon and other e-commerce channels.Strong project management skills with the ability to execute multiple initiatives across teams.Experience with Amazon and SEO tools (e.g., aHrefs, SEM Rush, AdWords, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar) for SEO, product research, and analytics.Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools (preferably Salesforce).Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and drive strategic decisions.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other marketplaces like eBay, WooCommerce, Walmart, or Shopify is a plus.Experience in wholesale, manufacturing and distribution is a plus.What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package at a global company.$10,000 relocation bonus available.
