Today, we're proud to work directly with technical teams, schools, MATs, and Fortune 500 companies in more than 90 countries.Role ResponsibilitiesChannel Strategy Development:Develop and implement a comprehensive channel strategy to achieve sales targets within the education sector.Identify and recruit new channel partners that align with the company's goals and values.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations.Sales and Revenue Growth:Drive sales growth through existing and new channel partners.Monitor partner performance and take proactive steps to address underperformance.Develop and execute joint business plans with channel partners to meet sales targets.Partner Enablement:Provide training and resources to channel partners to help them effectively sell the company's educational products and solutions.Collaborate with the marketing team to create co-branded marketing materials, campaigns, and events that support partner sales efforts.Conduct regular business reviews with partners to ensure alignment with company objectives and identify opportunities for growth.Market Analysis and Reporting:Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the education sector.Monitor competitive activity and adjust channel strategies accordingly.Provide regular reports on channel performance, market trends, and sales forecasts to senior management.Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment on channel strategies and initiatives.Serve as the primary point of contact for channel partners, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.Required skills/experience/qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.Experience:5+ years of experience in EMEA channel management, sales, or business development, preferably within the education sector.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through channel partnerships.Experience working with educational institutions, resellers, distributors, and other channel partners.Skills:Strong understanding of the education market and corporate training sectors.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Other Requirements:Willingness to travel as required to meet with channel partners and attend industry events.Work Conditions:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.Ability to work on a computer for extended periods of time, sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking, typing, and working with electronic files.Ability to see information in print or electronically.Must be able to attend in person and virtual meetings.On-call availability and periodic working outside of normal business hours.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.This is a full-time permanent position.#J-18808-Ljbffr
