You'll be responsible for: Acting as a key partner between client and organisation, ensuring optimal communication at all times and ensuring service levels are met and exceeded. Assisting in planning and executing the portfolio marketing strategy, including brand positioning, offer creation, data analysis, and media planning. Supporting key stakeholders and service providers to achieve business outcomes, focusing on financial plans, growth rates, customer retention, and product mix. Collaborating with stakeholders on product opportunities, managing complaints and internal disputes, and providing reporting and insights for business targets. Monitoring and reviewing campaigns to ensure best practices are followed and maximize business value. About you: Experience working in Project Coordination, Project Management, Account Management or similar. Experience in Banking, Insurance or Financial Services will be advantageous. Proven experience working on key initiatives; delivering a variety of projects, where you were accountable for managing competing demands effectively whilst communicating outcomes appropriately. Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels. Proven analytical and critical thinking skills for data interpretation and solution identification. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders, influence outcomes, and foster a customer-centric culture.
