The Channel Account Manager will help grow our channel business by signing, enabling and managing partners in the ANZ region. Partner targets include, but are not limited to, MSPs, MSSPs, SIs, and VARs.
Reporting to the Head of Channel Sales, Security Service Edge will be responsible for maximizing partner adoption and ensuring the expansion of services through MSP and resale channels. As the CPM, you will act as a trusted advisor and guide partners through their Secure Network as a Service journey while accelerating partner revenue via enablement, support and program execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesMeet or exceed quota by signing, enabling and growing top channel partner targets in the ANZ regionManage new and existing channel partners to increase salesDevelop and maintain a high level of fluency in functionality and acquire the ability to demonstrate feature/function in an engaging manner to both technical and business audiencesBuild a positive working relationship with partners to ensure smooth partner executionCollaborate with partners to identify new business opportunities for revenue generationEducate partners on the product portfolio and complementary services offeringsConduct regular business reviews with partners and share best practices and areas of improvementWork with each partner to realize value adoption of our solution and to ensure positive business outcomes for our common customersSupport the partners' sales and marketing initiativesManage partner sales pipeline and accurately forecast monthly and quarterly sales revenue with all partnersQualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience as a Channel Manager, preferably working in the SaaS or cybersecurity sectorProven ability to develop and cultivate lasting partner relationshipsTechnological mindset – able to have a technological discussion with IT managers and senior stakeholders, as well as high-level technical meetingsExceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical messages in a clear and simple wayProven experience meeting and exceeding sales quotas and accurately forecasting the businessDemonstrated success selling to and supporting an indirect channel or partner-based sales programTrack record of collaborating and demonstrated success in sales organizations that foster teamworkAbility to travel as neededExisting right to work in Australia #J-18808-Ljbffr
