As a Channel Account Manager, you'll work with a variety of partners to manage, support and develop partners to drive increased deal registrations and Net New customers.
You play an important role in ensuring partners have a positive experience with KnowBe4 and you provide excellent customer service.
You're able to manage multiple partner accounts effectively and efficiently and leverage KnowBe4 marketing content to equip partners with demand generation tools and content that result in an increase in sales.
Responsibilities: Own and manage a large portfolio of established partnersEstablish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accountsConduct initial onboarding and discovery with assigned partnersSend regular marketing and communications to partner sales repsDevelop joint marketing plans with premier and certified partnersConduct strategic conversations and create business plans with key partnersEngage and guide partner sales and marketing teams on sales approachAssess, validate and communicate partner needs on an ongoing basisPerform brief product demos and partner portal walkthroughs to enable partnersPromote partners to attend partner portal walkthrough webinarsAssist partner adoption of KnowBe4 by adding reps to Partner PortalIncrease partner deal registrations through account mappingDirect partners to utilize tools and content in the Partner Portal and increase partner generated leadsClose Net New businessMaintain an accurate pipeline and forecastingMeet assigned targets for monthly sales volume requirements and objectives in assigned partner accountsSupport direct sales and customer success teams where needed to manage the overall partner relationshipEnsure partner compliance with partner agreementsMaintain accurate and thorough records in Salesforce.com for opportunities, calls, emails, notes, tasks, demos and other relevant info in compliance with policy and procedureQualifications: High school diploma or GED requiredBachelor's Degree a plusFamiliarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the IT Security Field a plusExperience with Channel Sales preferredExperience with Gmail and Google DocsExperience with Salesforce preferredMust be able to demonstrate sales aptitude working with channel partnersEffectively manage and thrive in high-volume sales environmentAbility to gain a quick understanding of the needs and pain points of channel partnersStrong time management and organization skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationsGood computer skillsAbility to leave an engaging message and sound interestedMust be comfortable working in a highly results oriented company
