In this role, you'll be responsible for the strategy, architectural design, development, and implementation of core strategic new capabilities poised to change the way Silverfort plays in the industry through our partnerships.
Our primary partner targets include both Cyber insurance partners such as Brokers, Carriers, and IR Firms, as well as our traditional solution providers and resellers.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with existing partners to meet shared business objectives by:Achieving agreed revenue and pipeline targetsProviding sales and technical support aligned with the partner programCreating a dedicated marketing strategy for joint activitiesFostering ongoing engagement between our organization and partnersIdentify and recruit new partners in the designated area, emphasizing quality partnerships over quantity and ensuring alignment of new partners with Silverfort's profile.Maintain regular communication with the local Silverfort team by establishing daily contact for active collaboration between our team and channel partners.Drive the existing partners in alignment with agreed business plans to achieve joint goalsSales and technical enablement in alignment with the partner programCreate and maintain a dedicated marketing plan of activitiesDriving engagement between both organizations, ensuring a continued local touch point of Silverfort within the partnerIdentifying and recruiting more partners in the territory, focusing on quality over quantity and ensuring the partner profile matches that of SilverfortHaving regular contact with the local Silverfort team to ensure active engagement with the channel.Requirements5+ years of experience in consultative/complex technical sales, technology solutions/practice development, architecture, design and/or implementation for channelsKnowledge of or experience with working with insurance industry partnersSignificant hands-on experience and a strong knowledge of the Cybersecurity industryProven strong customer-facing communication and interpersonal skills; ability to clearly articulate complex concepts in simple termsStrong written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quicklyAbility to orchestrate, lead, and influence virtual teams; strong presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiencesMust demonstrate both personal integrity and the ability to exercise good judgmentMust have proven ability to work independently in a dynamic sales environmentStrong business planning skills and proven ability to execute and deliver a defined planA hunter mentality in building out a successful channel, leveraging an existing network of channel partners.Apply for this positionLearn more about working with Silverfort.
