As a Change & Training Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting and managing change activities for a large digital project, ensuring seamless alignment with AusNet's enterprise-wide Change Management strategy.

With a Hybrid split (Office/WFH),this role is based in Southbank and is part of the People Enablement team, within People & Safety. This role will deliver real outcomes, including but not limited to: Support Senior Change Manager or Change Management Lead in developing communication collateral aligned to the project specific communications strategy, including facilitating an established Change Champion Network.Conduct detailed change impact assessments to inform change management plan.Provide input into the training plan and support the training needs analysis.Coordinate training and provide logistical support for a great learning experience. Develop training material and support delivery training.Actively support change readiness assessments and act on agreed change mitigations.Be a trusted and engaging partner that supports key stakeholders to enable successful change implementation.You don't need to check every box; however, we are looking for a good combination of: Desirable Change Management and/or training qualificationsExperience with SAP and ideally SalesForceSolid background in managing change across organisations, functions, complexity and project sizeExperience in working as part of a project team delivering a complex transformation project.Ability to liaise cross-function with various levels of stakeholdersMicrosoft Excel, Jira (or proficiency in other project management tools) and PowerPoint experienceAbility to prioritise and coordinate multiple competing activities and a strong ability to work with ambiguity.Strong written and verbal communication experienceA real place to belong.
