Within this newly created role as Change Specialist, you'll support our alternative dispute resolution service excellence and optimisation program delivery.
Job Description You'll report to the Improvement and Projects Lead, who will provide open and transparent leadership and is an effective coach.
Your primary stakeholder has a wealth of experience, is a Six Sigma green belt, and has an incredible program delivery record.
Within your role you'll focus on building relationships and quickly coming up to speed with inflight change initiatives.
You'll identify change drivers, develop and mobilise change management plans, monitor progress, escalate risks, and evaluate adoption of change.

To be successful in this role you will need to:
Demonstrate your experience using industry recognised change management principles and methodologies (ideally PROSCI ADKAR, PMBOK, Prince2)Have strongly developed organisation skills and tools to meet multiple project deadlinesApproach internal stakeholders with curiosity and be able to find common groundCommunicate effectively (written and verbal) and facilitate workshops and deliver briefing sessionsAbout the Team The Technology, Analytics and Business Improvement (TABI) team provide technology solutions, strategic integration of technology, reporting and data driven analytics, project management and continuous improvement within the TIO.
This team is growing as it promotes and delivers technology led improvements for the TIO's operational performance so that we may provide valued outcomes for consumers, members, external governing bodies and regulators, and our people.
The TIO's purpose is to resolve complaints fairly and drive improvement in a dynamic communications sector.
