Change Specialist | Tomago About the role Our Digital Excellence & Growth team is seeking a Change Specialist to join their team on a full-time basis working Monday-Friday. This role will be based at our head office in Tomago, with the option for hybrid (home/office) work arrangements. This opportunity has potential to act as a pathway towards further opportunities.
As the Change Specialist, you will collaborate with a variety of stakeholders and areas of the business to provide advice and support on change management. Supporting the Digital Excellence & Growth Team, you will focus on optimising the success, adoption and sustainability of a variety of projects and initiatives through the implementation of suggested advice and support.
This role will support organisational growth and development through actively engaging with stakeholders to design and deliver change and management planning initiatives. With a focus on embedding and implementing digital projects, the Change Specialist will ensure positive adoption of change across the business, leading to constructive collaboration and culture enhancement.
