Job Description Change Manager - Records Management SydneyFull-time permanentHybrid working model How will I help?

As the Change Manager, within Records Management you will support the development and execution of the change strategy for our Records Management Program which aims to create consistencies in how records are managed throughout their lifecycle.

You will support the benefits realisation and sustainable outcomes of the change through effective stakeholder engagement, communication, training, business readiness and user adoption. Change experience within data, technology will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities: Support the defined change impacts and design effective change strategy and solutions to support business and outcomesEnsure Voice of Customer and Banker are considered during solution design to optimise customer value.Stakeholder identification, engagement, alignment and buy in, experienced in an Agile methodology.Written and visual communications to support the change strategy and achieve outcomes.Identity learning needs and develop role-based learning solutions.Business readiness and acceptance.Adoption and reporting.Adherence to Westpac's Group Risk Delivery and Governance standards. What do I need? Relevant experience in a similar role.Degree in related field such as Business or HR and/or 2+ years' experience in change management, with experience working with projects.Exposure to highly complex change initiativesExcellent relationship management skillsStrong analytical and customer insight skillsDemonstrated ability to work closely with central and frontline team teams, identify key insights and optimise accordingly.
