Working alongside stakeholders, you'll identify key needs and shape targeted communication and change strategies that bring our projects to life. You will shape and deliver strategic communication and change initiatives that align with our goals and timelines;engage with stakeholders to minimise project impacts and ensure a seamless transition for our university community;ensure consistent, effective communication and change practices across IT projects, aligned with existing university channels to optimise effectiveness and efficiency of solutions.About you Our ideal candidate is a skilled change leader with a talent for inspiring others to embrace new ways of working. You will possess: Deep expertise in best practice change management approaches.Strong experience with senior leadership in complex service environments, driving change, managing projects, and building evidence-based business cases.Proven ability to design and implement communication and change strategies through each phase of the digital project lifecycle, ideally in higher education.Excellent business acumen, with a talent for guiding stakeholders through impact assessments to foster seamless adoption of change.Exceptional relationship-building and facilitation skills, preparing teams for change, addressing impacts, and managing resistance effectively.Skilled at coordinating communication and change workstreams across multiple projects, building collaborative relationships within and beyond the university.Extensive experience applying communication and change management strategies to drive transformation and successful change adoption, especially within higher education.Applications for this position close midnight, Sunday 12 January 2025
