Newly created role within our Transformation OfficeOpportunity to showcase your change management skillsetFlexible hybrid working model, work between our central Docklands office and the comfort of your own homeAs the Change Manager, you will play a critical role within the Transformation Office. You will be responsible for driving the successful adoption of organizational changes associated with strategic transformation initiatives. This role works collaboratively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization to design, implement, and sustain change strategies that minimize resistance, enhance employee engagement, and build change capability within the organization.
About the Opportunity: Develop comprehensive change management strategies tailored to transformation initiativesConduct change impact assessments to identify and address potential challengesCollaborate with leadership to define success metrics and align change initiatives with business objectivesIdentify and analyse stakeholders to tailor engagement strategiesBuild strong relationships with sponsors, project teams, and business leaders to ensure alignment and support for change effortsFacilitate effective communication between project teams and impacted groupsDevelop and deliver targeted communication plans to increase awareness and understanding of change initiativesPartner with training teams to create and deliver training programs that address skill gaps and enable smooth transitionsEnsure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with organizational valuesCreate and maintain a detailed change management plan and roadmapCollaborate with project managers to integrate change activities into project plansImplement strategies to manage resistance and foster adoption across the organizationTrack and report on change readiness, adoption, and sustainability metricsIdentify risks and issues related to change efforts and develop mitigation strategiesProvide regular updates to the Transformation Management Forum (ELT) on the progress of change initiativesDevelop tools, frameworks, and best practices for managing changeLead efforts to build organizational change management capabilityEvaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and make recommendations for future improvements.Your Background: Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related rolesDemonstrated experience in managing Change for large-scale transformation projects or initiativesCertification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is highly desirableExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levelsProven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in a dynamic environmentAnalytical skills to assess organizational impacts and design tailored strategiesExpertise in crafting and delivering engaging communications and training materials.Benefits to you: Generous team member discounts on all Myer productsFlexible work arrangements, with hybrid role between office and WFHOngoing training and development for your career progressionVolunteer, parental and lifestyle leave availableThe opportunity to be a part of and contribute to the Myer growth strategyHere, you're not only an employee.
