Change Manager 52299 Full-time PermanentLocation – SydneyHybrid Working (2 days on-site)How will I Help? Working as part of the Cash and Transaction Banking Change Team, your role will be critical in supporting and managing end to end change delivery initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Build change approaches and change release plans tailored to support the business receiving the change, including impact assessment to inform the size and complexity of the changes.Lead the design and execution of change interventions as identified in the change plan to intentionally improve awareness and employee readiness.Plan and facilitate workshops to achieve desired outcomes, using techniques fit for purpose for the audience and nature of the workshop.Ensure change-related risks are within desired levels and managed according to agreed risk frameworks by leading the identification of risks.Regular status reporting on the change program/initiative, including progress, risks, and resourcing.What's in it for me? What do I need? Demonstrated practical experience in the role, working independently in complex situations and tasks.Good knowledge and application of industry frameworks (Agile) and professional standards.Prior work experience in Workforce Strategy implementation.Proficient stakeholder management skills.Ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts effectively.Knowledge of risk management and assurance concepts.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Flexibility and resilience in responding to changing priorities.What's it like to work there?
