With a significant portfolio of projects underway as our Change Manager you'll lead change management programs, including impact analysis, stakeholder management, communications, and training, to ensure successful and sustainable implementation of new business processes and technology solutions.
Core ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and delivering training programs and communications to ensure smooth transitions for internal and external audiences.
Training delivery and documentation will be a core part of your focus.Conduct effective change impact assessments, readiness assessments, and stakeholder analysis.Collaborate with a team of Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Testers to drive business readiness and execute change strategies.Work on high-profile initiatives like our Customer Technology Uplift programme, impacting key business processes and customer outcomes.Manage change for diverse audiences, including Retail Distribution, Retirement Product Management, Regulatory Change, and Risk.Support system upgrades and new functionality rollouts, such as our Salesforce platform, a recent success that enhances operations and distribution.Building impactful change management executive presentations.The Skills And Experience You'll NeedYou'll bring creativity, dedication, and exceptional organisational skills to this role, thriving as an innovative and adaptable change professional.
With a strong track record in financial services, you excel at leveraging change management principles, methodologies, and tools to deliver impactful and sustainable outcomes.
Your ability to navigate ambiguity and remain flexible in your approach ensures your success in dynamic environments.
Key Skills and ExpertiseTraining and Facilitation: Skilled in preparing, documenting, and delivering training sessions and workshops that drive understanding and engagement.Stakeholder Engagement: Adept at building strong relationships, conducting impact assessments, and planning for business readiness.
Experienced in developing readiness programs and stakeholder engagement strategies.Change Management Methodologies: Proficient in frameworks such as PROSCI/ADKAR, ensuring structured and effective change implementation.
Relevant certifications, such as PROSCI or CCMP, are highly regarded.Communication and Documentation: Exceptional ability to craft clear, audience-focused communications and documentation tailored to diverse stakeholders.
Known for simplifying complex messages and incorporating impactful storytelling.Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyse challenges, identify solutions, and execute plans with outstanding attention to detail.Additional InformationDue to Annual Christmas shutdown and Christmas leave there may be a slight delay in shortlisting but will aim to shortlist initial applications w/c 20th & 27th January.
