Lifeline Australia is a national suicide prevention charity providing all Australians experiencing emotional distress with access to 24-hour crisis support and suicide prevention services. They are committed to empowering Australians to be suicide-safe through connection, compassion and hope. This is achieved through a partnership of over 10,000 committed volunteers and their member centres in communities across the nation.
ROLE Change Project Delivery Design, develop and implement change management strategies that are appropriate for the project and aligned to organisational objectives and priorities.Support the design of change management plans, ensuring integration of change activities into project schedules, assigning ownership and accountabilities.Work with the ECPMO, Project Manager/s, SMEs and other project team members to deliver strategic projects and initiatives.Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis and change readiness assessments.Engage stakeholders at all levels to support the desired change outcomes and to enable their transition to new ways of working.Design, develop and deliver communications to support change management initiatives.Report on change activities on a periodic basis to enable appropriate decision making by the Leadership Team.Support the Learning & Development (L&D) team to design, develop and roll-out training and support material.Contribute to the assessment of change effectiveness and benefits realisation.ECPMO Capability Work with ECMPO colleagues to build change capability across the organisation, working to achieve consistency in project and change governance.Support ECPMO in maintaining an enterprise-wide view of change activities to enable effective resource allocation and reporting.Support the Senior Change Manager to support executives and people leaders to help them fulfil their role of change sponsor and to better assist their own direct reports through change initiatives.Establish and maintain relationships with the Lifeline Member network as relevant.ABOUT YOU Proven experience and expertise in change management.Proven experience and expertise in project management.Exceptional stakeholder management, collaboration, influencing and negotiation skills.Ability to establish and maintain strong, productive working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.Excellent written and verbal communicator who understands how to build buy-in and influence at all levels of the organisation.Proven experience in designing and developing learning solutions as part of a broader change management strategy.Ability to influence others to achieve outcomes.Self-directed, flexible, motivated team player who enjoys working in a transformational and changing environment.Understands the importance of the sponsorship spine and knows how to build senior buy-in and visible sponsorship.CULTURE The team are passionate, supportive & hardworking.
