Change Manager

THE ROLE

As the Change Manager, you will oversee the implementation of technology changes to support the department's objectives. In this role, you will assess the impact of changes, develop tailored change management strategies, and ensure smooth transitions for stakeholders. You'll collaborate with IT teams and end-users to enhance adoption and minimise disruption while conducting impact assessments and maintaining documentation. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in change management within an ICT environment, strong analytical and communication skills, and relevant certifications. REQUIREMENTS Design, lead and deliver successful change management for the Program.Be responsible for driving transformation across the Department's business with the successful adoption of project outcomes.Deliver expert advice to undertake and coordinate the development of communications materials for projects and programs.Contribute to the continuous improvement of services by identifying and recommending improvements to current Change Management practices, documentation, and outcomes.SELECTION CRITERIA Demonstrate proven experience leading change management within complex IT programs.Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships across diverse teams and organisations.Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities.Demonstrate highly evolved strategic and analytic skills.Paxus values diversity and welcomes applications from Indigenous Australians, people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, and people living with a disability.
