We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to join the Change Management Office on a full-time basis through to 30 June, with potential for extension.
This dual-focused role will support two key initiatives:
Physical Records - Business Process Improvement Project: Lead change management activities to enhance digitisation capabilities and improve physical record-handling processes.
The focus will be on business process improvement and aligning operational teams, with limited system change components.Broader Organisational Transformation Work Programs: Partner with the Manager, Change Management Office within the People and Culture team to deliver end-to-end change management activities.
Contribute to establishing best practices and promoting the adoption of the change management framework in a newly formed change practice.Key Responsibilities: Conduct change analysis and impact assessments using the Change Management Framework.Develop and deliver change plans and reports to document and communicate change activities.Perform current and future state gap analysis to ensure alignment with transformation objectives.Manage stakeholders, addressing issues and risks, and ensure proactive engagement.Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support project delivery and change impacts.Collaborate with operational teams to translate business requirements into actionable documentation.Assess training needs and develop comprehensive training materials for end users.Monitor adoption rates, gather feedback, and analyse data to enhance project outcomes.Capture lessons learned and recommended improvements for future change initiatives.Adhere to policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.Embody and promote Organisational Values.Experience and Requirements: Proven ability to plan and execute organisational change management activities for process improvement initiatives.Strong knowledge of change management theories and practices, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.Advanced analytical, conceptual, and communication skills, including tailoring messages for diverse audiences.Track record in developing and implementing end-user training materials in medium-to-complex organisations.Demonstrated capability to manage stakeholder satisfaction and resolve issues constructively.Excellent written and oral communication skills, with experience mentoring staff and negotiating outcomes.Ability to foster a positive and motivated environment during change initiatives.PROSCI accreditation (desirable).HOW TO APPLY: Please submit your resume (in MS Word Format) for consideration via the link below.
