To support this journey, we are seeking a highly capable and hands-on Change Manager to join our team.
This role would suit an experienced Change specialist who enjoys developing strategy and is equally happy immersing themselves in detailed execution.
This role will be a trusted advisor to our COO, offering insights and expertise to guide various change initiatives across our business with an initial focus on supporting several technology projects that are currently underway, including an ERP roll out.
Day to day you will;
Develop and implement change management strategies, plans, and activities to support organisational transformation and successful adoption. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs, mitigate resistance, and drive effective engagement and adoption. Prepare and execute communication plans, training materials, change impact assessments, training needs analysis and other key deliverables to ensure successful change implementation. Provide hands-on support and guidance to teams, ensuring that change efforts are practical, well-executed, and impactful. What you'll bring to the team Extensive experience in leading and managing diverse change initiatives, with expertise in ERP or other technology implementations. A balanced approach that includes strategic thinking and a willingness to engage with detailed, practical delivery. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and guide change at all levels. Self-driven and capable of independently managing the full change management lifecycle, with a willingness to support the entire change process as the sole Change practitioner. High level knowledge of contemporary and best practice change management and communication frameworks and methodologies. Proficiency with systems and project management tools, enabling effective planning, tracking, and execution of change initiatives to ensure timely and impactful outcomes.
