The Victorian Government established the Labour Hire Authority (LHA) to introduce a licensing system to regulate the provision of labour hire services across Victoria. LHA undertakes a range of licensing, compliance and enforcement activities, maintains public registers and conducts research and education in accordance with the Labour Hire Licensing Act 2018 (Vic) (Act).
About The Role
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Change Manager plays a key role in ensuring LHA's people are prepared for and successfully transition to workplace changes, with a focus on technology-enabled change. Working closely with affected staff and business units, the Change Manager will lead and establish change management frameworks taking a practical and collaborative approach to ensure that preparation, training, supporting materials, process reviews and embedding techniques are engaged and implemented to enable our staff to understand, adopt and effectively implement changes in the workplace.
This is a practical hands-on role that will focus on driving effective organisational change, preparing our people for change and ensuring successful outcomes across a range of concurrent high-impact projects. Key stakeholders include the Executive team, the Information, Communications and Technology (ICT) Branch and affected business areas, as well as external service providers involved in project delivery.
As part of this role, the Change Manager will provide the Corporate Services Division with organisation and process change techniques, analyse issues, and implement change management strategies for key LHA projects and initiatives; develop communications and supporting material as well as engaging and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support process improvements.
This role has a flexible work location with an option of Melbourne CBD or Bendigo.
