As the Change Manager, you will lead transformative change initiatives, guiding our network of clinics and support teams through the adoption of new technologies and processes. You'll develop strategic change plans, engage key stakeholders, design impactful communications, and oversee training programs—all to drive smooth transitions and foster a culture of growth and innovation across VetPartners.
Key Responsibilities Lead Change Strategy: Design and implement a powerful change strategy that aligns with project goals and fosters seamless integration across diverse teams. Engage Key Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with clinic teams, support staff, and leadership to gain full support and alignment for transformational initiatives. Drive Effective Communication: Create tailored communication strategies to build excitement, understanding, and buy-in at every level of the organisation. Empower through Training: Develop engaging training programs, ensuring every team member feels confident and prepared to embrace new systems. Assess, Adapt, and Improve: Conduct impact and readiness assessments, manage risks, and fine-tune strategies to ensure smooth transitions and continuous improvement. Skills, Attributes, and Experience: Essential Skills: Change Management Experience: Proven background in change management, ideally in a healthcare or complex organisational setting. Stakeholder Engagement Expertise: Ability to engage, influence, and align diverse stakeholders, from clinic teams to senior leadership. Strategic and Structured Thinker: Strong skills in developing and implementing change strategies that bring clarity to complex processes. Exceptional Communication Skills: Skilled at crafting tailored, impactful communications for varied audiences, ensuring understanding and buy-in. Leadership in Team Coordination: Experience managing or coordinating a team of change managers, fostering collaboration and effective teamwork. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, and to manage ambiguity effectively. Desirable Skills: Healthcare Industry Experience: Familiarity with healthcare or veterinary settings, understanding the unique challenges of a distributed network. Project Management Proficiency: Knowledge of project management principles to support strategic and operational change initiatives. Continuous Improvement Mindset: Commitment to staying updated on change management best practices and bringing innovative solutions to enhance processes.
