Role Summary
Reporting to the Chief Information and Digital Officer, the Organisational Change Management Leader holds overall responsibility for establishing change management practices. As the Organisational Change Management Leader, you will be a pivotal strategic architect, driving transformative and sustainable change. This leadership position is charged with building change management capability by overseeing the planning, execution, and integration of change initiatives. Your efforts will support the organisation's strategic goals and cultivate a culture that is adaptive, resilient, and forward-thinking.
Key Responsibilities Implement change management strategies and frameworks to support organisational goals.Drive change vision, align with strategic objectives, and oversee change initiatives.Collaborate with senior leaders and develop engagement strategies for effective communication and buy-in.Mentor executives on change methodologies and provide technical support.Establish metrics to measure change impact and improve practices.Identify and mitigate risks, and prepare employees and customers for changes.Make strategic decisions and set priorities while informing leadership.Align change initiatives with complex systems, secure resources, and foster a culture of innovation.Requirements Extensive experience in change management within large, complex organisations.Awareness of industry trends and their impact on organisational change.Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and team guidance skills.Proven track record in managing large-scale change initiatives.Experience in leading high-performing teams in dynamic environments.Executive-level experience in regulated, complex sectors.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.Financial management and governance expertise.Other Work Conditions Security Clearance: Baseline.Australian CitizenshipContract length: 12 monthsFlexible hybrid working arrangement: 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH.Interview: Virtual/F2F (where appropriate).Supportive culture, experienced PM, and great leadership.Application Process
