You will provide hands-on change management support for teams and individuals to ensure readiness and adoption of the change, ensuring stakeholder engagement, communication, training and user adoption:Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy and plan for Humanforce and Workday implementations.Collaborate with the project team to define the scope of change initiatives and assess the impact on people, processes, and technology.Establish clear goals and timelines for change initiatives and align them with the broader project objectives.Identify key stakeholders and develop engagement strategies to ensure buy-in and support across all levels of the organisation.Communicate effectively with employees, managers, and executives to create awareness and understanding of the changes.Provide regular updates and feedback on change management progress and challenges to senior leadership and project teams.Design, develop, and deliver end-user training materials and sessions for various user groups (People & Culture, Payroll, managers, employees, etc.) to ensure successful adoption.Partner with the Learning and Development team to develop a sustainable training framework that includes online resources, job aids, and ongoing support.Provide coaching and mentoring to super-users, managers, and functional leaders to ensure they can effectively guide their teams through the change process.Conduct change impact assessments to evaluate the potential impact of Humanforce and Workday changes on various business processes and user groups.Identify potential resistance and develop strategies to address concerns, mitigate risks, and ensure successful user adoption.Monitor change adoption metrics and adjust plans as necessary to ensure success.Develop and implement strategies to drive sustained user adoption of Humanforce and Workday across the organisation.Work closely with People & Culture, Payroll, IT, and business leaders to monitor post-implementation support needs and ensure ongoing user engagement.Track and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and use insights to continuously improve change management practices.Partner with project managers, project teams, IT and other business units to ensure alignment and timely execution of change management activities.Work with the Humanforce and Workday functional leads (People & Culture, Finance, IT) to ensure the technology changes are clearly understood by end users and integrated into daily operations.Leverage cross-functional teams and provide guidance to ensure change management principles are applied throughout the project lifecycle.The traits that will help you succeedProven experience as a Change Manager, with a focus on system implementations (preferably Workday).At least 3-5 years of experience in practical, hands-on change management, with a strong emphasis on HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) or large-scale IT system implementations.Familiarity with Humanforce and Workday functionality and features is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.Expertise in applying change management theory into practical, actionable, fit for purpose deliverables.Ability to analyse organisational dynamics and develop solutions to minimise resistance and enhance user adoption.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong relationships at all levels.Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.Proactive, results-driven with a positive and flexible attitude.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.Capable of leading through influence, with a focus on fostering a culture of collaboration and trust.As one of the largest and fastest growing aged care providers in Australia, we need exceptional people to join us on our journey of changing the way we offer aged care.
