About the RoleAs a Change Manager in our Employee Awareness, Advocacy and Adoption Team (EAAA) you'll empower our people to thrive with a frictionless and responsive technology experience at ANZ.
In this role, you'll manage and deliver change initiatives for the Digital Employee Experience Domain meeting business goals and ensuring a smooth transition for our people.

Role Type: 9 and 12 months secondment/fixed termRole Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC What will your day look like?As a Change Manager, you will:
Lead change for small to medium initiatives, from design to delivery.Facilitate the case for change and leadership alignment.Assess and communicate the change impacts across the value chain.Use and improve the change tools and systems for successful delivery.Analyse persona / customer / employee journeys and address any impacts.Engage stakeholders and collaborate with enablement partners.Support communication, engagement and training approaches.
Align communications to strategic narrative.Use data insights to make better decisions and deliver customer/user centric solutions.Develop a transition plan to embed the change and handover to BAU.Identify and escalate change risks with treatment plans.Guide the delivery team on change, culture, leadership and engagement.Apply the ANZ Change Methodology and tools in a simple and fit for purpose way.What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Previous experience (3 plus years) as a Change Manager or similar, across project and change methodologies e.g., Change Management Methodologies such as PROSCI Certification & Lean Change would be an advantage.An interest or curiosity in technology and how it shapes the ANZ employee experience.A track record of delivering program change activities on time, on budget and with quality outcome.Experience in identifying and managing change impacts and risks.Strong collaboration and communication skills.Ability to synthesise complex information and make practical recommendations.Prior experience across Training & L&D activities in preparation for Change.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
