The Change Manager, Clinical Transformation is responsible for leading, facilitating and coordinating a range of strategic change and project activities that contribute to the organisation's transformation agenda. These activities include targeted transformation projects that deliver cultural change, innovative and efficient systems, policies, procedures and processes. The role is responsible for leading the development and improvement of organisational change resources, orientation and training of project managers and change managers and contributing to project evaluations (post implementation reviews).

For transformation projects and change initiatives, the Change Manager will consultatively and productively engage with senior managers and multidisciplinary stakehol ders to lead, guide and deliver client centred solutions which support stakeholder / employee engagement and build readiness for change.

Apply now by addressing the following questions: Experience managing or contributing to large organisational change projects at an enterprise level which have an impact on ways of working including demonstrated experience in engaging and influencing a wide range of stakeholders.Demonstrated experience in applying a structured approach to change management and project management which has people, process and/or system impacts, including understanding of data sources required to support effective change management planning, risk management and execution.Ability to exhibit exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) including the ability to collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to deliver high quality outcomes.Demonstrated strategic thinking, critical analaysis and problem solving skills with the ability to make practical recommendations to increase engagement and adoption.Proven ability to anticipate, identify and address issues and potential problems that may have an impact on change objectives and adoption.Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a project team environment to meet objectives to tight deadlines. Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination Against Specified Infectious Diseases All NSW Health workers are required to have completed a primary course of a COVID-19 vaccine which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). Additionally, Category A workers are required to receive a booster dose three months after completing the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations. New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health, or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate (IM011 immunisation medical exemption form) certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW.

Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.
Working Rights This position is a permanent position. To be eligible for permanent appointment to a position in NSW Health, you must have an Australian citizenship or permanent Australian residency. Please note: A person who is not an Australian citizen or a permanent resident is only eligible for temporary employment for a period not longer than the duration of their current visa.
