Join us and accept the challenge of creating a better tomorrow.Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing change management and communications activities across multiple, large change initiatives, as well as contributing to and supporting the continuous improvement of our Change Management Framework and Tools.As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for understanding the change and developing a comprehensive change approach. This will involve utilising a Change Impact Assessment and other essential change management tools to ensure that the change requirements are accurately scoped. You will develop and manage the change plan to deliver agreed-upon capabilities, ensuring that customer and business benefits are realized within the agreed scope, time, and budget.In addition, you will conduct Stakeholder Analysis and manage stakeholder communications and engagement. Developing effective relationships and ensuring stakeholders remain engaged and committed throughout the change process will be crucial. You will also provide communications support for key community events, process improvements, and change initiatives.Furthermore, you will coach smaller projects on change management practices, helping them to adopt and implement effective change strategies.
