About the role
We are seeking a Change Manager on contract for approximately 18 months. This role is based out of the International Towers on the harbour foreshore of Barangaroo, one of Australia's most progressive workspaces and sustainable commercial precincts. Hybrid working arrangements are available.
The Change Manager will support the planning and delivery of organisational change (not IT change, technical change management, or change control). You will engage with stakeholder groups, providing valuable input to business readiness and program communications.
Key deliverables of this role include: Change impact assessment by listening and asking questions to understand process and system changes, documenting and managing the impacts on people.Stakeholder analysis, engagement, tracking, and ongoing assessment to understand how people are receiving and adopting the change.Mitigation and interventions based on impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.Providing data to assist the Business Readiness Analyst with input for decisions supporting business readiness.Developing communication approaches and materials, particularly regarding change resource areas of engagement in the business.Contributing to various learning assessments (e.g., TNA) and learning strategy and materials.About your experience
Our successful candidate will ideally have previous experience as a Change Manager in SAP or other large ERP systems, with exceptional stakeholder management and strong communication skills. While we are open regarding industry background, we ideally seek candidates from Agribusiness, Manufacturing, or Transport. Other key skills and experiences include:
