Government of the District of ColumbiaOffice of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO)Change Management Specialist$87,344.00 - $111,741.00The Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) whose mission is to enhance the fiscal and financial stability, accountability and integrity of the Government of the District of Columbia is in search of a Change Management Specialist. This position is located in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), Office of Financial Operations and Systems (OFOS), District Integrated Financial System (DIFS) Support Center. The incumbent is responsible for supporting business operations and enterprise-wide technology change initiatives.Duties include but are not limited to:Developing and implementing change management strategiesCreating and designing communication materialsConducting training sessionsAssessing operational and organizational needsUtilizing KPIs to measure, monitor, and evaluate outcomesPerforming other related duties as assignedMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Four (4) years of progressive experience performing related duties and responsibilities such as: analyzing business processes; providing operational and change management support to improve program processes and effectiveness; managing complex projects; and conducting related training. Incumbent must have strong collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
