About the RoleAs a Change Management Office Lead in our Change Management Office Team, you'll play a key role in leading the integrated suite of change management strategies and plans for the ANZ - Suncorp Bank integration program. The role will manage program-wide change strategy & planning, detailed stakeholder engagement and communications strategy and planning, leadership of change practitioners working on the program (as needed), lead all facets of demand management and resource planning for change program, manage all change governance, reporting, risk management and planning.

What will your day look like?This role will be accountable for:
Change strategy & planning - Develop, coordinate and maintain a fully integrated program-wide suite of change management strategies and plans; this includes, but is not limited to a change strategy, integrated change delivery plan for all initiatives (with an end-to-end view on employee experience).
- Design and articulate vision: Lead the creation and ongoing refinement and stewardship of a clear and compelling vision for the program that aligns with strategic goals and long-term objectives; develop and implement strategies to effectively communicate the vision, ensuring consistent messaging that motivates and aligns employees with the program's goals.
Leadership - Lead and develop a mix of internal and external change practitioners to deliver change management, training and communication outcomes, including effective scoping and assessing of change needs.
- Monitor and manage Change resource capacity and wellbeing in collaboration with initiative stakeholders.
Demand management - Actively lead all facets of demand management (assess/scope, estimate, prioritise, source and allocate) for change management and change resource planning to ensure appropriate resources and skills are identified to support all identified change management needs across the program.
Program Change Governance, Reporting and Measurement - Manage program change governance, meeting cadence, reporting, risk management and measurement requirements, ensuring governance and forums support collaboration and identification of synergies across sub-programs and the management of cross-program risks and dependencies.- Reporting: report change progress and achievements in relation to the strategic objectives of the program, i.e. weekly status updates, other reporting requirements, including the preparation and delivery of presentations and reports to the Suncorp Integration Program senior leadership and other stakeholders.- Risk management: monitor change risks, issues, dependencies and recommend interventions and support spokes to do so.- Assess and monitor change activity, e.g., change champions, feedback loops, communications.
Continuous Improvement- Conduct performance measurement and post-implementation reviews to assess the effectiveness of change management efforts across initiatives and the broader change program.- Contribute to the advancement of change management by collaborating with Enterprise Change.
What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Expert mastery and experience in Change Management principles, methods, processes, techniques and industry best practice.Stay up to date on Change Management industry developments, latest trends and research and share with the Enterprise Change Team and Communities of Practice.Experience in program/project delivery and the core activities associated with project planning and delivery.Extensive experience in delivering large and/or complex organisational change programs of varying complexity, across project and change methodologies e.g., Agile and Traditional.Experience in M&A and/or cultural change programs.Demonstrated experience working closely with senior stakeholders, influencing and gaining buy in.Experience leading, motivating and managing high performing change teams while holding teams accountable for performance.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
