Our services address our clients' needs across the life-cycle of their workplace experience - from the definition of strategy, through to experience implementation, change management support and ongoing monitoring of their workplace effectiveness.
Your day to day: Lead the creation of inspiring change strategies anchored to the client's strategy.
Engage with a broad range of stakeholders to gain an in depth understanding of their vision.
Design and spear head engaging change events, activities and communications.
Act as the lead contact with key clients, build strong communication channels and manage expectations.
About you: Ideally experience in Change Management, specifically Workplace Change.
We'll offer flexibility and consider candidates who have a commercial property/design/comms & engagement background.
Team player, solutions focused with the ability to negotiate and influence.
Adept Project Manager with the ability juggle multiple initiatives.
High EI-we deal with people and change daily.
Strategic thinker with the ability to dive in and roll up your sleeves.
