In this role, you'll: Working as part of the new Toll Reform Initiative program, you will lead and manage all change management activities related to Toll reform. You will develop and implement the overall change approach, including stakeholder communication programs and business adoption frameworks to support smooth delivery and successful adoption.
You will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure clear, consistent messaging, facilitate stakeholder engagement, minimise disruption, and ensure seamless transitions.
You are an analytical-minded project and change management professional looking for your next exciting opportunity. You will have experience successfully delivering government change management programs and extensive knowledge in establishing a suite of governance-related documents to support a new entity. You will also have sophisticated knowledge of Excel and project management tools and software.
You will possess outstanding stakeholder management skills and have the ability to communicate with influence both verbally and in writing. You will have the ability to collaborate with a range of stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the program and its intended objectives.
