$1100/day.Brisbane City Fringe Location with flexibility to WFH 2 days per week.Our client, a large complex Queensland healthcare organisation, is currently seeking a Change Lead for an initial contract until 30/06/2025 with possible extension.
The Project The project aims to replace its aging sleep study system and associated signal acquisition equipment with a contemporary solution that will enable enhanced sleep studies to be conducted both in-lab and remotely, improving access to specialised sleep services across Queensland.
Responsibilities Apply high level leadership and support change management activities with clinical and non-clinical staff during the implementation of the Sleep Study Replacement Project (SSRP).Lead and manage the definition, documentation, and successful completion of the business readiness elements of a medium scale, complex change in line with program and project management methodologies.Promote and ensure the use of appropriate change management techniques, methodologies, and tools to ensure quality change management outcomes are delivered.Manage project change resources.Initiate, influence, and maintain relationships with and between key internal and external stakeholders, facilitate effective communication channels to promote the successful adoption of change within the business, and foster relationships through lessons learned, feedback mechanisms, and management of expectations.Manage capability and resource development by leading and mentoring multi-disciplinary project team(s).Work closely with the SSRP project team and business stakeholders in planning for the implementation of the SSRP solution with a focus on business readiness, communications, and other change management activities.Develop the Change and Engagement strategy in collaboration with Clinical Informatics Change Managers, the project team, and business stakeholders, ensuring adherence to policy and procedures.Develop the Training Strategy (Training Needs Analysis, Training Plan) and supporting training collateral in collaboration with the project team, business stakeholders, and suppliers.Establish highly functioning stakeholder engagement forums and relationships to ensure strong user adoption and project success.Manage and support the delivery of training to staff in collaboration with the project team, Clinical Informatics, and suppliers.Provide strategic change management advice and recommendations to the Project Board to support executive decision-making.Supervise and mentor change management staff as part of leading the change management activities.Partner with the unit's nurse educator to develop and deliver training programs that meet clinical requirements and support transition of training into BAU.Skills and experience required: Experience in ICT change roles at a senior level, combined with a good understanding and expertise of Queensland Health systems and processes.Experience or exposure to Sleep systems and processes as well as HBCIS and ieMR is highly regarded.Demonstrated experience in providing strategic advice to executive stakeholders and project boards.To submit your application, in strict confidence, please submit your resume in Word Format using the appropriate link quoting reference No.
