Learn more about our business online at www.gpcasiapac.com We are currently searching for an experienced Change Lead who can support the successful delivery of technology projects in our organisation; providing technical expertise and ensuring projects are resourced and delivered effectively.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Successfully delivering change programmes, with an 80% focus on supporting change projects from identifying change requirements, impacts, through to delivery and review.Stakeholder engagement across the organisation and leading the senior change leaders forum to ensure consistency across our organisation.Leading the change team (20%) to ensure projects are resourced effectively, including recruiting, coaching and managing workloads and plansAbout you: Experience in a similar role and success leading change programs, particularly with a technology implementationSuperior communication, consultation and negotiation skills with high level ability to effectively network and influenceAbility to deal with ambiguity with good commercial judgment.Demonstrated high level interpersonal skills evidenced in the ability to manage projects, lead work groups and work in a multi-disciplinary team;Pragmatic approachLooking after you: As well as working for a true industry leader, you will be rewarded with:
