The Change Lead will serve several critical internal client stakeholders across the Group Business Unit (GBU) data delivery portfolio: Credit Risk; Financial Crime; Finance and Regulatory; and Corporate Services and Enterprise Risk. As an influential change leader, you will play a crucial role designing, building, and implementing change solutions and communications collateral to assist Data Platforms' divisional leadership ready our business partners for the designated portfolio of complex delivery activities, simultaneously supporting their respective data understanding maturity journey.
You will also support your Data Platform colleagues understand this journey and celebrate our successes. Role Responsibilities: Stakeholder Management This role serves two core groups: your internal Data Platforms colleagues and our team's client stakeholders.Establish an effective overarching internal and client stakeholder communications framework including regular reporting, success measures established and tracked.Establish and maintain a client stakeholder engagement matrix, manage and report on business sentiment via various fora, readiness assessments and pulse checks.Champion strategies to lift our client stakeholder satisfaction survey results.Manage client stakeholder communications and engagement including definition of roles and responsibilities as they relate to the change; ensure stakeholders remain engaged and committed throughout the change.Partner with and support the Data Platforms GBU division Heads on all engagement activities to minimise business disruption and ensure a consistent, aligned business narrative.Drive transformational change in a challenging environment impacted by varying levels of commitment to change, change fatigue and potential resistance to change.Celebrate Data Platforms colleagues' achievements with clear, thoughtful, engaging communications.Change Management Provide change thought leadership during all phases of delivery to ensure adoption outcomes are achieved.Build, lead and execute the change strategy across key divisional programs and educational initiatives to ensure change interventions are maximised successfully.Establish strong partnerships with internal Data Platforms colleagues and client stakeholders at all levels to collaboratively define and deliver agreed business outcomes.Ensure stakeholders are ready, willing and able to receive and embed the change - identify, monitor and report on issues and/or problems associated with the change as they arise, including challenging and influencing internal data colleagues and client stakeholders as required.Create and maintain a Single View of Change (SVOC) for the division.Collaborate with other Change Leads to seek opportunities to align and bundle changes across Data Platforms and partnering business areas where possible.Develop communication and engagement strategies and plans to proactively align internal audiences with the business strategy and Westpac's values, vision and priorities.Develop program artefacts that clearly articulate the intended message, which can be leveraged for various purposes (town halls, steerco, leadership meetings, regulator meetings, board meetings).Compile key training materials to ensure change is understood and embedded and support the delivery of training to all impacted stakeholders.Manage and enhance internal communication channels, including establishing and maintaining a consistent voice and visual identity.Risk Management Manage risk identification to ensure change-related risk (people, operations, organisational) is within desired levels and that risks are managed according to agreed risk frameworks.Highlight impacts associated with the change, development of mitigation plans with associated costs and benefits.Facilitate informed discussions about the change-related risks to the divisional Heads and senior client stakeholders.Understand program and business compliance obligations and act to reduce organisational risk in a complex environment.Drive High Performance Work with the Data Platforms GBU leadership team to maintain ongoing support for empowered, self-organising teams with active leadership engagement to set teams up for success.Work collaboratively with Data Platform personnel, GBU CIO colleagues, and client stakeholders to foster a culture of learning with a relentless focus on continuous improvement and attention to detail.Understand and adhere to Enterprise methodologies and processes such as the Change Management Framework.Act as an ambassador for Data Platforms and its data maturity uplift and solution delivery mission.What's in it for me? What do I need?
