Change Lead & Business Transformation LeadAre you passionate about leading change programs that result in successful change?
We have two roles available for fixed term 12 months as a Change Lead and a Business Transformation Lead to collaborate with business stakeholders to manage change across major projects.
A day in the life: In this role, you'll focus on supporting our leaders, people, processes, and technology transitions by creating structured change plans, facilitating training, and ensuring successful adoption of new ways of working.
Here are the key skills and strengths we're looking for: With 2-5 years of change management experience and familiarity with Prosci or similar methodologies, you excel at stakeholder engagement, communication, and managing full project lifecycles. You will be comfortable translating technical requirements into tangible change plans, bring strong time management skills, thrive in agile environments, and ideally are proficient in Atlassian Confluence & Jira.
