Position: Change Director

Contract Type: 12 Month Max Term Contract
Compensation: Up to 220K Base Excluding Super
We are seeking an experienced Change Director to lead and elevate change management practices and foundations among a well-known education provider. As a strategic partner, you will be responsible for guiding and embedding change management strategies across key programs, ensuring sustainable adoption of change initiatives, and driving the cultural transformation required to foster agility and resilience among the institution.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Change Management Frameworks: Establish robust and scalable change management frameworks, tools, and methodologies to drive organizational transformation efforts across business units.Assess Current Change Management Practices: Conduct a thorough analysis of existing change management practices, identifying gaps, areas of improvement, and opportunities to enhance organisational capabilities.Lead Change Initiatives: Provide strategic direction on key change projects, ensuring that they are successfully implemented while mitigating risks and maximizing stakeholder engagement and buy-in.Build Change Management Competency: Coach and mentor leaders and change agents throughout the organisation to elevate their understanding and execution of change management principles.Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with executive leadership to design and communicate change strategies that align with the organization's goals and culture, ensuring clarity and alignment across all levels of the business.Promote a Change-Ready Culture: Foster an organisational culture that is adaptable to change, promoting continuous learning, innovation, and responsiveness to internal and external market shifts.Measure and Report on Effectiveness: Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations to ensure continual improvement.About You: We're looking for a forward-thinking and results-driven consultant (Ideally Big 4) with deep expertise in change management at the enterprise level. You should be an influential leader who thrives in driving organisational change through strategic planning, leadership coaching, and operational excellence.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in change management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or consulting role driving organisational transformation.Change Management Certification: Formal certification in change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or similar is preferred.Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence senior executives, and engage employees at all levels in the change process.Strategic Mindset: Ability to assess complex situations, design actionable strategies, and navigate ambiguity with clarity and purpose.Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders, present ideas clearly, and tailor messages for different audiences.Results-Oriented: A focus on delivering measurable outcomes and achieving sustainable change.If you feel this opportunity matches your skills and previous experiences, please apply with your CV.
