Change Coordinator

The Change Coordinator will be responsible for being the centralised point of contact for Changes.  Responsibilities include: Providing analysis & input to appropriate change management reports  Coordinating and scheduling all changes Coordinating and attending the Change Advisory Board (CAB) including agenda and minutes. Ensuring all approvals are received for Changes. Maintaining Change Management Documentation. Awareness of and Adherence to Change Management processes About you Thorough knowledge of change working in a Technical Support/Engineer role  Technical Writing experience Demonstrable IT skills focused in the following  Change Management Release Management Business Process Management Resource Scheduling Knowledge Management Business Reporting Clear interpersonal and organisational skills Ability to work effectively within a team environment Knowledge of ITIL  What's in it for you!
