Change Coordinator

We are looking for Change Coordinator to join a project. You will be part of a large support team who will be providing IT support to a large user base organization. Be a proactive team member focused on optimizing risk exposure across the IT Environment to minimize the severity of any impact and disruption Manage queues and group mailboxes and triage based on urgency & Priority Provide secretariat support to meetings, including the creation of meeting materials and recording and circulating minutes Coordinate Change Advisory Board & Post Change Reviews Ensure document management processes including templates, work instructions, knowledge base articles, and registers are maintained Support & guide change requesters, coordinators, implementers, and project teams Coordinate & distribute reporting, communications & documentation Support Change Managers to apply Defence Change Management policy and process to reinforce the adoption of changes required by the Department Provide general support to Change Managers in the delivery of milestones About Us Zone IT Solutions is Australia based Recruitment Company.
